A branch department of College of Management from Blace was opened in Dimitrovgrad on 15 October 2004 . Its programme offers two two-year curricula: customs and taxes, and finances and accounting.
The dean of the junior college is Dr. Ružica Stanković , and the lecturers are from the Universities of Priština and Belgrade .
Lectures are given in the premises of ‘St. Cyril and St. Methodius' Grammar School, and practice is realized at ‘Gradina' border crossing, where students are instructed for work in banking, forwarding and customs sectors.
The school is technically one of the best equipped in the country, and issues diplomas accepted in all West European countries. The school plans to enrich its programme of study with two new curricula: tourism, and business informatics and electronic business, as well as to switch over to the three-year curriculum system – to transform into a college.
A part of the school is a student service, and the clerk is Dragan Mančev .

The entrance exam is taken in June; the enrolment period for entrance examination is from 23.06 to 25.06. 2005. The entrance exam will take place from 29.06 to 01.07. 2005.
